Online Exchange Policy
We will accept unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or online store credit. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with of the exchanged item(s). We will pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We offer an extended exchange period for all purchases made between November 1-December 15. Purchases made between these dates will have until January 15th of the following year to be exchanged for a new size, product or store credit. Full returns will be handled on a case by case basis with no guarantee beyond store credit.
ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE. (A sale item may be exchanged for a different size if available. All shipping costs involved with the exchange will be at the customer's expense)
If a full refund is granted You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to exchange an item, please feel free to contact us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
